New blanket!!! Ive been doing so much crocheting since exams ended but i start work on tuesday so this will probably be the last one for a while :(
This is another one for one of the eng girls! She crochets too so i knew it had to be a really nice one lol
Was a fun pattern to do! A new one for me. A looooot of little hexagons to stick together but i used the joining method i learned from the double wedding ring pattern ive done a lot in the past because you will never catch me sewing a blanket together
And I looove a reverse single crochet on a border so i kept it simple for a couple rounds and then did a row of rsc
Overall very happy with how this blanket turned out! :)
I want to make a cutie Valentine’s Day cake but I am addicted to my bed ૮ ྀིᴗ͈ . ᴗ͈ ྀིა 🍰
i stole your blog 😈 (arguably my favorite tumblr glitch)
first my height, now my blog? babes why are you doing this to me?
daffodil blanket
Daffodil baby blanket! Started 4/28, finished 6/7. Border of yellow and then green around the edges.
Close up of the squares (18 of pale yellow bright green, 18 of dark yellow light green, 3 of light yellow core, 3 of dark yellow core, 42 total)
Seventh Project Linus blanket, more complicated stitch. Only finished five blankets this year, but this year was (gestures) and I have two other blankets in progress, one about half done and the other about two-thirds done (and that one was restarted from a different one I realized wasn't going to work) so I'll have a solid start on next year's blankets. Goal is to do six a year (it's not a very hard and fast goal).
New blanket!!!
Sunflower pattern again. Took forever but turned out really nice! Sorry the pictures aren't good, I couldnt be bothered with lighting and trying to get my phone camera to cooperate lol.
I'm planning on making a blanket for each of the girls who started in eng the same year as me to give them when we graduate and this is the third one (out of eight) ive gotten done.
Also thinking id like to add a border, although the pattern doesnt include one. Not sure what i might do tho. If anyones got any ideas id love some suggestions!
Fifth Project Linus blanket
Fifth project linus blanket, second one this year. (third is 3/4s done and the fourth is stalled as a wip for now). Lacework pattern, liked it a lot. This was the first one where I did 24 squares instead of six; i definitely think it looks better but it DID mean I had to put an individual border around 24 squares -_-
