Since arriving in Greywood, the dreams started coming back. Decades ago, Mikael had a grip on the power and managed looking into the future for certain things that would benefit him. Such things included the stock market, exams, and other things to get him on top. However, since returning home he hasn’t been able to hone in on the power and was getting random dreams he could not explain.
In his bed, he lay there sleeping in the guest bedroom of Aiden’s home and Mikael began to toss and turn. Something was happening, something he could not explain. It was as if he was having an outer body experience. A part of him was conscious with everything taking place, yet his eyes remained shut and his body tightened and struggled with the blankets. Suddenly, he saw himself, but it wasn’t him. There was something different about the person and it clicked it was his twin. But what was taking place was difficult to decipher. Images of Hector kept appearing and suddenly, Mikael knew that Nathan knew. Call it what you want, but the two had been linked since their time in the womb. Mikael just knew, there was no way of explaining it.
As he woke up in a cold sweat, tears started flooding down his cheeks. Right now, he didn’t want anyone knowing about his circumstances and the true reason he returned home. An array of emotions kept surging through him, but the one he landed on was anger. Angry at Nathan for delving into his business, because even though that was not the case, Mikael could not think clearly.
Hours passed, Mikael still shaking from anger anytime he thought about it. Finally, he ended up at Nathan’s place and when his brother opened the door, he started to unleash on him.
“You had no fucking right,” he yelled.
