Haru was waiting until she got the 'go ahead' from Mammon when it came to approaching Belphegor after their encounter with Rasiel. The last she saw him, he wasn't in a good state, and she's been worried about him ever since.
Still, she trusted in Mammon's assessment. If they say that Belphegor isn't ready to have any semblance of a conversation, then she'd wait.
In the meanwhile, she was preoccupying her thoughts with the little kitten that she rescued from some string. She's learned that he was a tiny menace who destroyed just about anything in his path. Yeah, he fits right in with the Varia. In contrast, however, he loved attention and cuddling (only with select people). She named the kitten 'Chibi-ripper'. 'Chibi' for short.
With the kitten in her arms, she knocks on the door. "Belphegor? Are you in?" She asks as if she doesn't already know he's in his room. She's being polite, "can you come out? Haru wants you to meet someone."
Honestly, she's not sure how well Chibi will take to him, since he doesn't seem to like most people. It's like Chibi decided if you aren't my mom, buzz off.
