Nora made the other pirate fall over the floor when she kicked his balls, making the man falling into his knees in front of her. When she felt the eyes all over her in the small crow at her surroundings. ❛ All right, the show is over! ❜ She raised her both hands in the air when noticed the workers getting close of her and the kneeled man, to stop their fight.
She got away from these people that were whistling, clapping like she was a goddam clown on the show to entertain the losers. Her rage was so strong, that she hasn’t noticed the hand she punched was all red, and swelling. When she was about to leave the place, she heard a familiar voice… It took her a minute or two to recognized the brunette before her. ❛ Lucy? ❜ Lucille... Her childhood friend, or at the least this is what her brain could record… Time flies… And she looks pretty. A ghost smile draws on her rosy lips as she stared the woman before her. Lucy was taller; different. A good different.
“The one and only,” Luce announced smoothly. Albeit the circumstances, there were a few things that seemed inherent to the brunette’s nature. This was one of them. Things might have been a shit show, still, she was able to present herself with confidence, and a crooked smile made one of the corners of her lips twitch upward.
Still, meeting with Nora there out of all places felt like something out of the realm of reality. They had gone an entire lifetime without mere sight of one another, so, why now? And why there out of all places? Lucy couldn’t quite tell. Were things different, the woman might have felt the need to sit down and reconnect. At this moment, however, Luce could not help but think of that reunion with suspicion. “Nora,” she repeated, raking her fingers through her long dark hair as she attempted to think of something else she could say. Something that might have been able to convey her emotions then. “You look good,” was what came out of her lips instead.
