14-year-old girl removed by police from public Lowell data center meeting

It was attended by at least 40 residents inside the Butler Middle School auditorium, according to footage of the meeting uploaded to YouTube. Before tensions boiled over, residents spent an hour voicing concerns about Lowell’s existing data center and the prospect of future facilities in the city.

“I don’t want to trade my health, my family’s health, my neighbors’ health ... for a data center,” one attendee said, echoing comments from others who criticized the industry’s energy use, water consumption and environmental impacts.

During the comment period, video showed the 14-year-old girl who would later be escorted out raised her hand multiple times.

At the end of the meeting, she then called out from her seat without a microphone, “Everyone ... I understand that you said that was the last question, but I urge you to please listen to me.”

“You’re free to leave while I speak, but I am 14 years old,” she continued.

“I just graduated from Stoklosa Middle School. I am the future —“ she said, until her voice was abruptly overwhelmed by a roar from the crowd as a nearby police officer grabbed her by the arm. He then escorted her down the auditorium stairs.

Basically okay, this came from one of many instances of me and @distantmaniacallaugh being fucking insane, so I gotta give credit where its due, this was a lot of us working off of each other.

Once upon a time, Caine is asking Kinger about new adventure ideas and about a “body swap adventure” in the Bath Room from the pilot because they wanna be Secretive when talking about adventures to avoid SPOILERS! (and also other fucked up personal shit they’d never admit to themselves or each other) So one thing leads to another and they decide to swap as a test run.

Its actually insane- how much they would Benefit from being each other. Caines mind runs a mile a minute and Kingers runs on pure stimuli in getting distracted but no URGENCY just a gentle current… So essentially they act like they’re two different kinds of high and its hilarious.

we messed with Kinger (in Caines body) being able to see all of the internals of the Circus and seeing what Caines done with it since they all got stuck.

We also messed with the idea that Bubble would then project KINGERS intrusive thoughts onto him, to which he’d later ask Caine “why the fuck do you have that”

I DONT REMEMBER A LOT OF THE COOL SHIT WE WENT INTO ive been so. Moved out of them and into Lowell and Scratch which I cannot stress enough is BASICALLY THEM except not at all because its BETTER

But in the end while they are living the life they wish they had, they know this joy is only temporary and swap back at the planned time, and its so fucked and they’re super normal about it and Kinger made a little forest adventure that is Nothing like Caine has ever made or will ever make because while they are both artists they are still their own person and very different people

But they swap back while in the forest adventure and its the most intimate horrible and amazing moment of *chills* as ownership of this world is passed back to Caine while still in an adventure he didnt make.
