I'm back after watching Zootopia 2 ♡ and only cried 4 times (or more 🤭) and laughed so hard at the rest- Here's my KINDA spoiler free rambles (but also if you want to go in completelyYyyyy blind.. probably don't read this ? There's not much in here though if you've seen the trailers).

Yes I will talk about other things that is not WildeHopps, even if I am very passionate about them 🤣 I'm not gonna let the internet convince me "bla bla they're not real" after this movie like bffr. THIS MOVIE WAS SO GOOD like.. the first one is probably my favourite disney movie of all time and I can't believe I'm saying this but I LOVE THE 2ND ONE EQUALLY.. OR MAYBE A BIT MORE..???

The story is actually pretty dark but it's VERY realistic and reflects the reality of our world. It's important for these messages to be shown, especially in family movies like this.

And in the lighter parts of the movie, the comedy kiiilled me of laughter like the entire audience was losing it in several parts LMAOOO NIBBLES IS SUCH AN ICON. And I love Gary 🐍

THE GENRE OF THIS MOVIE SHOULD BE ROMANTIC COMEDY + ACTION ADVENTURE BY THE WAY

BECAUSE GIRL THE ENTIRE CREW AT DISNEY ANIMATION WERE LIKE "LOL WILDEHOPPS TIMEEEE!"

IN THE DIALOGUE, VISUALS, AND BODY LANGUAGE OF THE PAIR + OTHER CHARACTER'S REACTIONS TO THEM (which was already shown in the trailers so this is spoiler free) oOOO GOOSHHH im so happy EHEHHEHE WILDEHOPPS WILDEHOPPS

BTW THE AMOUNT OF DETAIL IN THIS MOVIE IS BEAUTIFUL I WANT MORE ALREADY I MISS THEM AGAIN BUT LUCKILY WE'RE GONNA GET MORE ZOOTOPIA ❤️❤️❤️

I thought when this all started, we the community were saying to make merch to help raise funds for the server, but now that it's happening, I see a lot of people angry? Is someone able to explain what changed?

No problem I’ll try to explain my point of view on this :

-Merch in itself is great ! People have been asking for it for a long time, eggs are a very cute marketable thing it seems like a good logical step to take. What is also great is if revenue from merch can help make the server stay afloat financially and make a fair remuneration to the different admins possible.

-Thé thing is that, because we once again haven’t heard of anything concerning the changes made towards resolving the admins situation, except that at least some admins haven’t been contacted since the whole thing started (Pomme’s for example, according to both Lea and Ana) it’s just asking for fan to support by buying their fav npc figures without knowing if the people behînd these npcs are still a part of the server.

This would be a whole different thing if Qstudios had mostly fixed the admins situations and went « hey guys we made changes to managemengs now please buy our merch so it can help us pay the admins fairly ! »

Lee in mind that merch takes time to design and produce, the egg figures have been thought of a getting ready for a long time so it’s not like it’s a direct solution they came up with after learning of the situation

But for now I can’t just spend money on a little Pomme figure, knowing that her admin was mistreated + might never come back + it has never been said that revenue from merch would pay the admins (I hope it does btw ! great idea just need to be said officially)

tldr i guess merch isn’t a bad thing at all but timing and communication is what makes it ehhhhh (to me !! u can have ur own opinion it’s just how i feel personally)
