…? What sort of game was this? There was no reason for such a gift as no eventful achievement or holiday has occurred this day. Tomato bread? Pineapple bread? Was this a subtle message? The thumbs up she gave him just made this whole gesture seem more sincere and random with no ulterior motives or context. Ever composed he didn’t let his confusion still his body or lessen the intensity of his gaze toward the doctor. Instead, took a bite out of the pineapple bread, casually chewing and swallowing a chunk of it.
