Something soft is being tucked under her chin and around her shoulders, and that’s what rouses Naoko from her little nap. “Mmm... what?” Squinting up and around, catching a glimpse of red hair, she sighs contentedly, then winces at the crick in her neck. “Wow--” A cough to clear her sleepy throat. “--didn’t mean to fall asleep here, actually.”
Rem says he figures, but he didn’t want to disturb her, not knowing how long she’d been napping for. It warms her heart, like all the other things he does for her.
“Might actually...” She tugs the blanket close around her neck and shoulders as she struggles to sit up. “Go to bed properly. Still tired, honestly.” A sniff. “Join me for a bit? I’ve missed you, sappy motherfucker that I am.”
