When did Trill get his tattoos? I imagine he was out of his teen years... But I'd love to know more if you're willing to share!

Most probably when He was in his mid teens And was still studying under House Telvanni. He got inspired by his sister who Also got herself some tattoos by a Breton woman who was visiting their area.

He got them From an underground Dunmer artist but not even He knows their Meaning. To be fair, I do not know either. Lmao

For Trildyn and Gurai.

What is the dearest gift they have received? That's a good question. For Trildyn, I would most probably say all the jewelry he got from Faulorn, because his culture takes it as intimate and as a sign of deep care. For Gurai, I think it could possibly be that one dagger he got from his father. He still keeps it and tries his best to take a good care of it.

What type of clothing is especially attractive to them. For Trildyn, he most certainly likes that outfit the bellydancers always wear, he cannot tell why, he just finds its very attractive. For Gurai, hard to say really. He never looked after outfits like that, but perhaps he just didn't find the right one.

How do they feel about parenthood? Trildyn likes it for sure. After all, it's his dream... To live a happy life with a family. About Gurai, he is not sure, I believe he would have to think about it deeply first before he would do any rushed decisions.

Gurai - Pointing out when he smiles (which happens only rarely).

Trildyn - Teasing him with anything sexual.

Gurai - Would definitely think about going to a place with a lake or sea So they could have a picnic there. He has a weakness for that.

Trildyn - Probably going into some very high place where they can see a whole land from afar first, then He would think about what would come next but You can mostly bet that it's going to be a romantic dinner.

👙 :

Gurai - He doesn't use anything special other than the comfy boxers that allows him to move freely And isn't too tight on him.

Trildyn - He uses those light, Black pants that Are made out of cotton. He uses them all the time under his armour / robes / clothes, as they have proven to be the most comfortable for him. I think He has them for a long time by now, He probably doesn't even remember when He got them anymore.

I have a Question for Trill!

What aspects of his culture and heritage that he was born into still continues to hold great significance to him now that he is a adult?

And...

Would he ever want a pet? If so what kind, and what would he name them?

I got to it so, so late... I am very sorry, my dearest.

That's a good question. I would say that there are two culture aspects and one heritage aspect.

The first culture one is clothing / armour / jewelry / masks, I think it means a lot to him most probably because he is one of the people who like to "dress to kill", if you catch my meaning. Basically, he just likes to wear the best of what his culture has to offer, what can else can I say, he is just a fancy mer.

The second culture aspect is most probably religion, just like plenty of other Dunmers. Not on the fanatical level, but to him, he always wanted something to believe in, something that would he would worship in exchange for protection. At first, it was Vivec, but as the decades passed, he found out that Vivec is not really someone he would want to worship (for obvious reasons). So he tried his chances with Azura and it would seem to him that it was the right choice... Though sometimes, he is a bit unsure if she even listens to him and it brings many questions with no answers to them. All in all though, religion is part of his life, and while he keeps it mostly to himself, he doesn't hesitate to admit it if he is asked.

And finally, his heritage aspect. I personally say that he is very proud of the fact that he is Valnin. Mostly because his bloodline was full of heroes and great people who helped not just Dunmers, but also everyone else they could. He sometimes lets it get into his head and can be a bit cocky about it, but he doesn't do it on purpose, he tries his best to be proud but not to brag or to be cocky, he isn't perfect after all though. But yeah, his Valnin heritage means a lot to him and he is proud to be a one of the greater heroes of his bloodline.

And the pet? Hmm... Probably Guar, because he always found them adorable. He would probably name him... Yam. Why? Mostly because his mother always called him her little ash yam, so it would stick.

💗 = Definitely a private one. Large proposals are a tad awkward for him. He might not look like it, but he is introvert.

💍 = Small. He doesn't need a fancy, royal weddings or whatever. He is but a humble mer. In my own fantasy universe, he gets married in the Church of the Trio so everyone can come but the party that would follow would be just a small, reserved event in the castle gardens only for the people who work in castle for him and / or his closest friends.
