Sometimes it’s scary when I’m home alone. I start overthinking it, and then it’ll be like before. My head will hurt, I can’t breathe, and I’ll shiver and cough. I haven’t been like this in a while, I don’t know why. Things can be normal at school, but I’ll start imagining bad things happening. I often get the feeling that I can’t get enough air, then I can’t sleep. I fear that I may never wake up from my dreams.
一個人在家的時候，我會覺得很害怕。越想越緊張，然後就會跟以前一樣，頭好痛，不能呼吸，一直發抖和咳嗽。好久沒有這樣了，不知道為甚麼， 明明同學大家都好好的。但我就會想很多，很擔心會有不好的事情。常常吸不到空氣的感覺，在想說睡著以後可能就醒不來了。
