after sessions, with @lgcxhaeun​​

          those texts yohan shared with haeun a few days ago went completely different to how he expected it, and it was safe to say he was surprised. quite surprised, after knowing haeun for so long, he didn’t quite think she would agree to it. he thought she would scold him and tell him to shut up, considering his usual playful flirty banter extended to her too, however the conversation took a turn and here it left yohan: returning to legacy on saturday, getting a few more hours of practice in (especially right now, he wanted to get the extra practice in considering the new announcement for this ain’t fantasy) before meeting her at the train station.

          so that’s how he winds up finishing his session, gulping down a few large mouthfuls of water before putting his things into his bag, throwing it over his shoulder and making his way out of the building, heading to the train station where he planned to meet haeun. it was only a short walk so he knew it was likely that she would already be there. pulling out his phone, he shoots her a quick text letting her know he was on his way before putting it back into his pocket. only a few minutes later he arrives, spotting her easily as he makes his way up to her and playfully nudges her. “hey,” he mumbles softly, shooting her a soft smile. he knew her nerves were probably in gear already, and he didn’t want to make her feel awkward, he wanted her to feel comfortable, so he tones down the hard flirting and decides to be more laid back. “you ready?” he asks, tugging his bag down to grab his t-money card from the front pocket before closing it and throwing it back onto his shoulder. “you wanna see if you remember the way?” yohan grins, nodding his head and making his way into the train station.

it’s the day after yohan’s birthday but as promised, haeun shows up to yohan’s dorm with a multitude of things in her arms. looped on her right arm is takeout: she had ordered fried chicken and beer (and soju) for them both. on her left arm were the shot glasses she had gotten him. in her arms was a sheet cake she had purchased. the cake has a picture in icing of yohan when he was younger. underneath the image is written “we’re finally legal, huh?” haeun stands there, arms full and smiling as yohan opens the door.

“happy birthday!” she says, showing off the sheet cake for yohan to see. it’s in a clear plastic tin so he gets full view of the kind of cake she’s gotten for him. “it’s vanilla. i hope you like it. now come on. i know a place where we can sit down and eat.”

          yohan's birthday was a fun day and a success, and he was happily sleeping while he could until someone showed up at his dorm, only for it to be haeun, with a whole bunch of things in her arms. the smell of fried chicken immediately filled his nose and he perked up straight away, opening the door further to let her in. "noona, you came prepared-" he cut himself off when he spotted the cake, his mouth dropping open at the sight of the very, extremely old photo of him from when he was younger. "where did you get that from? did my mom send it to you?" yohan investigated, glancing back up at haeun with a mixed look of shock and fluster.

          he stared at the cake, reading the words beneath the baby picture of him and let out an amused laugh, one of his hands covering his face in amusement. it took him a few moments to calm down, opening the door wider to invite haeun in. “let me change into some different clothes, i just woke up from a nap, sorry if i look a little messy.” yohan mentioned sheepishly, throwing a hand through his hair that he was almost certain looked a little like a birds nest. he ushered her into the dorm, closing the door behind him as he pointed to the living area. “you can sit while i change, or you can watch if you want.” he teased, his playful flirt easy to the tongue as he grinned, slowly jogging back to his room. “i’ll be quick!”
