SCENE START ( @scionspurgatory )
Being out in public had never been Rinea's forte. Back in Rigel, it was difficult to step foot out of the villa with her betrothed. She rathered to spend her time in the garden, dancing, or perhaps even reading. There was a list of what she enjoyed and would rather be doing than go out, but there was a reason why she was like this, it wasn't as if she was slothful. No, not at all. Rinea never contemplated herself to enjoy lazying the day off, not at all. More or less, the people on the outer side of the castle walls were her problem; it was not as if anything was wrong with them, it was just their thoughts or how they judged her. Even if they didn't say anything to her, their stares hid something that gave her chills. Even with other nobles of Rigel, it was difficult to stay in the publicity. But even though this how she thought of it, she knew these were her duties.
That's what she found so calming about Garreg Mach. There was no way that she felt as if she was being stared down, at least, most of the time. Which made her let herself a little looser and carefree around others with her beloved when they spent time together, and this was no exception.
Walking between the groups of townsfolk, there was a gentle smile on her face as they made their way to the different types of vendors. Though shopping wasn't her preference, there were several items to gawk over, much collected from pieces she's seen in Rigel. What was different is they seemed to have different types of booths. Though, a vendor with the title of 'costumes' had caught her attention, which she has accidentally ended up dragging Berkut along with her at the exact moment she spotted it.
"Lord Berkut? Would you mind trying on some of these with me?" As she speaks, she's looking through the selections of some comical and hand-made pieces. “I've heard about some of the traditions here, and it seems these types of costumes are for a festive holiday here. We should make the best out of it.
