saeri. skye has absolutely no interest in getting to know her neighbors. but, if saeri insists on going over to meet them with a freshly baked pie and a welcoming smile, the artist usually goes along with it. their neighbors definitely like saeri wayyyy more ( how could they not when her girlfriend makes the best apple cobbler in the world )
who remembers to buy healthy food
saeri. just in general, skye is awful at grocery shopping.. she gets impatient and almost always picks up the most random and unnecessary things. isn’t too fussy with food, though so if saeri picked up a “healthy snack”, she wouldn’t think twice about it. although, the one time they were out shopping and saeri was thinking about buying the cauliflower crusted pizza, skye was truly in shock. no way that is ever making it into her system, no other pizza besides true ny style ones, especially not these imposters.
who remembers to buy junk food
probably skye. she’s still terrible at grocery shopping and junk is easier to shop for so it’s most likely that she brings home grocery bags worth of oreos and candy and chocolate bars and ramyeon. sorry saeri.
who fixes the oven when it breaks
neither? skye’d just call someone and get it fixed. there’s no problem that money can’t solve, she’d say.
who waters the plants/feeds their pet(s)
saeri. plants would die under the care of skye, for sure. she just.. forgets.. but it definitely gets better over time and only because it means so much to her girlfriend. watching her take care of the plants indefinitely makes skye grow closer to them too and she’d send pictures of them to saeri saying she “gave them their water <3″. when it comes to pets though, skye’s much better ....... only because she has a low maintenance cat that basically feeds itself.
who wakes up earlier
saeri. skye often sleeps till very late, so she ends up waking up late but saeri’s usually up way before and on somedays, skye insists on snuggling close and holding her hostage in bed. doesn’t let her wake up earlier because cuddling is way more important than anything else. but on the days saeri does wake up early, she makes the best breakfast and waits for skye to wake up and the painter is always caught off guard — honestly just can’t believe her luck as she enjoys her girlfriend’s cooking like it’s the greatest meal she’s ever had ( well, apart from ****** )
who makes the bed
saeri. she’s way more efficient when it comes to “homely things”. skye used to be more attentive when she was a child but quickly lost habit of that when her mom married rich and she had servants for everything. although , she knows that she can’t just leave all of it to saeri all the time so skye’s learning to put more effort into these kinds of trivial things but it’s no where as pretty as when saeri does it.
who makes the coffee
neither? skye always just buys the coffee but it’s a rare drink of choice between the both of them. that said, there is a fancy coffee machine in their house that skye would use maybe twice a year.
who burns breakfast
neither? skye is more likely to though. she doesn’t cook that often but isn’t awful at it at ( nothing compared to her girlfriend’s skills ), but anyone can make eggs, right? well, there was that one time where skye wanted to surprise saeri for her birthday with breakfast in bed and she did end up getting distracted and french toast turned out to be more like burnt toast. but saeri, the wonderful amazing kind person that she is, offered to make breakfast from scratch again and this time, skye was the perfect sous chef, tried not to mess anything up and even stuck a candle into her girlfriend’s stack of toast at the end as she sang for her.
how do they let each other know they’re leaving the house
skye’s late for classes a lot so most of their goodbye’s are rushed kisses — every time though skye refuses to let go and saeri has to push her out the door. whenever saeri has to leave, skye’s pretty “cool” about it and is just like “oh, okay come back soon babe” but will spend the whole time sulking alone in the house until her girlfriend’s back.
who brings home little gifts like flowers/chocolates more often
skye maybe? ALTHOUGH , again flowers and chocolates aren’t really their thing? skye will, every once in a while but what she does give saeri more often are drawings or doodles from her day. sometimes they’re of her girlfriend, sometimes they’re of something that reminded her of her and sometimes they’re of pretty flowers because these flowers wouldn’t ever die.
who picks the movie for movie night
both? movies are just a great excuse to snuggle in close, let’s be honest so skye wouldn’t mind putting on whatever, she isn’t fussy. although , if it’s a cheesy rom-com, the painter will gag or groan or roll her eyes every now and then. but watching her girlfriend watch it is fun enough.
their favorite kind of movie to watch
skye’s into murder mysteries and thrillers and horror but she knows how saeri isn’t really into that so they end up watching something less intense. but that’s not to say that skye wouldn’t put on a horror every once in a while as an excuse to have her girlfriend snuggle in impossibly close.
who first suggests a pillow fort
skye. lesser known fact but skye loves pillow forts. she used to make them all the time as a child (and even after) to “get away from it all”, it’d be her fortress of solitude and no one was allowed in. — until saeri. she’d tell her girlfriend about it one day and open up her heart in a way that she’d never before.

both! skye might have more experience but it’s wayyy more fun when the two of them do it together. saeri adds her own touches to the fort skye looks at her all smitten and in love because of course her girlfriend is precious enough to join in on this pillow fort adventure.

who is big spoon/little spoon
skye big spoon and saeri little spoon for obvious reasons. but skye will also look for any excuse to lay her head down on saeri’s lap and feel her girlfriend’s fingers run through her hair.
