When was the last time he'd been held in such a manner? Legolas couldn't remember. Ever since his mother's passing, his father had sort of closed himself off to the world - his only son included. Steel blues closed as the swaying had continued, the elf allowing himself just this moment to let another comfort him in a way that should have only been done by family. But yet, this woman had taken it upon herself to bring comfort to him.

Legolas became curious. Curious as to why she was doing this, having barely known the prince at all.

Guy had found himself with a lap full of body. Bright blues looked to the Princess as she was sat upon his lap, turned to him. So much had happened over time; so much that somewhere along the lines he'd grown to come to love this woman who so graciously opened herself to him. Who had gotten the Man in Black to open himself up to her and still doing so. His hands move to rest upon her hips, bright blues lock on to her gaze as he tugs her closer to him.

Things were starting off slow as they should, not that Guy would ever complain about such things. It was all new to him - something he could learn from the beginning and work his way into. His hand slowly raises to cup her cheek, thumb caressing softly. "Is this how we flirt now?"

Bright blues gaze into the woman's own eyes. A soft look appeared upon Guy's features as he tilted his head, "You think me handsome?" Of course, it was something he'd heard from Marian on a few occasions, whether they were true words or not had remained to be determined. But with the princess before him, there was just something within her words that had brought a light to him. Guy knew he could believe her as not once had Relta ever played with his emotions - his heart.

There was a lot to be said. He was a man who acted on actions rather than words, and for that many believed Guy to be incapable of feeling anything other than anger and hatred. When all he wanted was someone to love him in return as he loved them - someone who could understand him without having to feel they need to dig so deep.

The brunette's head tilted a moment or two, confusion appearing upon his features at the others' words. What had she meant by that? Was he looking at her in a particular way that said otherwise? Possibly. Over time, Kili had come to care for Herinyl - possibly grow more affections for her than just 'care'. The brunette had adored her to the extent that he wanted to have her - to be with Heri in some form or fashion. The expression upon the dwarf's features shifted into something else once realization had hit.

Slowly, his hand raised to cup her face, thumb brushing along her cheek as the prince's expression shifted to something softer, "Perhaps I think of you as more than just a friend." Kili answered softly, their gazes locking on together.

Hearing that confession had brought a gentle smile to the woman's features, crystal blues looking to Relta as silence lingered for a few moments between them "You know I will never fight you on those words." Because Elyssa knew better than to do so. Relta was her friend, always had been and always would be, right? So then, why did it sting every time she was around the woman?

Because deep down even she could not turn away from the feelings that were building. Strange as it was, but they felt right.
