4. How do they act around a crush?
Erika will often do her best to act natural and hide the impression that there’s anything extra going on. But there is no denying the soft purple blush that forms at her cheeks, or the way she just seems extra happy and smiley around someone she likes. She will be much more talkative, though she will also get embarrassed easier around them- it isn’t uncommon that she’d over analyze her entire dialogue with that person both as it’s happening, after the fact, etc. She will also be extra conscious of her appearance, believing it’ll help to make a good impression. She’s extra eager to A. See and talk to that person more and B. Make a good impression- just in case. You may also find she’s already written a song- or two- or five, about that person. Not that she would ever have the strength to show them…they’ll just have to wait until they hear it themselves.
16. How has their childhood affected the way they view an aspect of their life (people, education, society, themselves, etc)?
Having grown up in a mansion full of ghosts from the 1800’s, Erika has learned quite a lot from the various ghosts around her. Having always grown up quite open minded and presented with a variety of cultures, beliefs and societal practices. While her manners and social knowledge may be of an outdated etiquette, she does not understand the easy way society judges others. Where she comes from, all are the same in death- where queens and kings mingle with commonfolk, prisoners sing with executioners, the poor and the rich will dance with eachother and all cultures and appearances are welcome.
Really, the fact that anyone could be judged for how they looked, dressed, their societal standing, beliefs, culture, etc was quite the culture shock to her. Such things that are so insignificant once you’ve left your corruptible, mortal state have such an importance in modern society and it put her through quite a shock. \\
