Lengthy fingers rubbed circles into Sae’s forehead as she nursed what had become an INCREASINGLY FREQUENT glass of wine. Investigation into the Phantom Thieves, the Mental Shutdowns, Pedofilia, Drug Trafficking, Rape, Murder, and her OWN FREAKING SISTER’S PRIVATE LIFE proved exhausting and stressful. Did she need to be all up in Makoto’s business? Anyone else would say NO, and that it wasn’t ANY of Sae’s DAMN BUSINESS. Sae would reply that it was her duty as Makoto’s caregiver to make sure her sister wasn’t being FOOLISH. And that said little sister of hers had VANQUISHED any right of PRIVACY or FREEDOM the second she squandered it on SNOOPING THROUGH HER INTERNET HISTORY & HITCHING HERSELF TO HOOLIGANS INCORPORATED. So it was that Sae logged into Makoto’s laptop and glanced her way through what files were READILY AVAILABLE. As expected, many of which were PURELY VOCATIONAL. Coursework, research material, books, college write ups, law sites. But the more she looked, the more she-- BINGO. Aaaaaand as SUSPECTED not everything on Makoto’s computer was so SQUEAKY-- W-Wait... Blink. Blink. Blink. GULP. Head snapped back slightly in genuine shock horror and teeth SUNK THEMSELVES into her tongue. A fly on the wall in this room would merely hear a PENNY DROP as a silent, seething rage took hold of the PUBLIC PROSECUTIONER. Quickly snapping photo, printing of a page, and copying Makoto’s files to an external harddrive for... FURTHER PERUSAL. She downed her wine, poured another, and downed that all over again. To think her own sister had attempted to PROJECT & GUILT & JUDGE Sae Niijima for the very google searches and feelings MAKOTO HERSELF had been feelings... Clack of her now swollen tongue. Oh, there would be HELL. TO. PAY.
