There's a new girl at school. She walked through the entrance of the school, instantly catching everyone's attention. She had curly strawberry blonde hair that ended at her mid back. She wore a sweater and skirt with normal school looking shoes and black socks that went up to her thighs. Her eyes were golden with a hint of red, and they seemed to glow as they flicked around the hall full of students.
She didn't say a word as the bullies of the school tried to invite her to their group, putting her hand up when one of the boys tried talking to her. Her eyes were trained on three boys in the corner who weren't paying any mind to her. She felt something familiar from two of them, assuming they must have had a bit of incubus in them or something similar. She walked past the group forming around her and towards the three boys.
"Excuse me." She finally spoke, smiling sweetly. Her eyes seemed to sparkle with delight when they turned their attention to her. "I'm Esme. I'm new.. I was wondering if you wanted to be friends?"
Aurelius blinked at her and looked at the girl who was shorter than him. He glanced at Toki and Aishna, wanting to know their opinions before responding to her question.

Lia, better known as Aurelia or Aurelius, had sent both her friends a text saying she would be coming to school late and that something came up. Though her texts seemed a bit off, it made sense since she hadn't been feeling well after shifting.
When she did get to school, she sent a text to her friends, telling them that she was there. Usually she would go straight to class after getting the late pass, but she sent another text saying she was going to stop by the bathroom quickly before she came to class.
Well, class ended a few minutes later and she hadn't answered her phone, which only meant one of two things. She was cornered by bullies or she got lost again. She wasn't in the hallways, so she was most likely in the bathroom still. Luckily, most of the bathrooms weren't gendered and she likely went to the one closest to the office.
Lia, of course, had dressed in a cute outfit, thinking nothing of it. She had finished up her business and went to wash her hands, when she was stopped by one of her bullies who seemed to have just appeared out of nowhere. Out of panic, she started backing up when he started walking towards her. Soon enough she was pinned and expecting to be hit or something but all he seemed to be doing was looking at her, making her confused and uncomfortable.
She was frozen, bracing for whatever he was going to do, until he moved and she flinched, turning her head away from him. Instead of being hit, she felt him kiss her jaw. She panicked and suddenly got a burst of bravery to push him off. "What are you doing??" She screamed.
"What are you doing to my boyfriend??" Lia looked up and saw her other bully standing angrily in the doorway. She panicked more and began to tear up when the bully started stomping towards her. "H-he kissed me!" She tried to reason.
"Bullshit! My boyfriend would never touch another girl!" The bitch yelled at Lia, pushing her to the ground and hitting her.
So now Lia was crying, curled up on the floor of the bathroom. She felt disgusting, not just because of being covered with dried blood and bruises. She couldn't stop thinking about what he did to her. She didn't know if it was because he was her bully that it didn't sit right, or if it was because he wasn't Toki or Aishna. She stared at her phone, which the bitch had stomped on. She wanted to get up and find the boys, but she was afraid.
Aurelius walked down the street, barely being able to see. He looked down at his hand where his broken pair of glasses were and sighed. He now had to walk home because he missed the bus home and didn't want to talk to his parents about what happened. He shoved his hand into his pocket and squinted his eyes a little to figure out where he was.
He couldn't tell his parents that somebody else broke his glasses. He couldn't tell him that he was being made fun of. He could call Jett but then Jett would tell momma and then Aurelius would have to talk to her. All of his friends had gone home, or at least that's what he thought.
Lius had dragged Toki, Aishna, and Esme to his family's track to show them his new bike. He was so excited to finally be able to ride like his siblings. Sure enough, Noor and Ignis had their bikes next to Lius' on the track.
"Hope you're ready for a test run." Ignis grinned at Lius.
Noor rolled her eyes. "You mean race. You're saying test run so you can win."
"Nuh uh." Ignis pouted.
"I'm ready!" Lius' eyes lit up with determination.
"This will be entertaining." Esme laughed and sat on the bleachers with Toki and Aishna.
Lia had asked her aunt how the ultrasound machine worked for a project at school. She was now giggling as the weird cold jelly was spread on her stomach.
She watched as her aunt named off things, fascinated by how the machine worked, but then Riona got to Lia's uterus..
"And... that's your uterus..." Riona stared at the screen for a moment, the outline of a baby on the screen.
"What is that?" Lia asked, pointing at the baby, being completely clueless.
