Does anyone else have that thing where you think about things and you realise something and you say it outloud, your voice breaks, you tear up and the words catch in your throat, your breathing staggers and your heart pounds but then as suddenly as it comes it's just gone? Because it has happened twice now and I have no idea what is going on, because I usually can clinically think about stuff but then I got really emotional before it suddenly went away again. Not right now but yesterday. I don't know even what to make of it.
