while i do love tokyo debunker genuinely, i am SOSOSO burnt out from playing it (and the Frostheim-focused masquerade chapter makes me want to jump off an interstate highway)

also the abhorrent gacha stats make me upset, like wdym im more likely to get wedding yuri's warding?? the fuck?? (and i don't have funds to spend on gacha games, so that makes it worse personally) (not like i'd actually spend money for that, f2p hell is fire /s)

tl:dr - tdb is awesome story-wise, gameplay-wise it makes me want to die

i should’ve suspected i was going to fall in love with this character (bc i always fall in love with the men with the books in their hands), but for some reason i didn’t see it coming. but now that it’s happened, i’m confused on how it didn’t happen sooner. looking past the criminal record (and really we should! that’s a reformed man!), he just goes around town spouting knowledge he’s learned on his own, without being pompous about it. he’s a poet, an artist, a reader of literature. he knows the truth about the united states of america, talks about how racism is a learned behavior, tries to help undo homophobia and speaks about his own experiences with feeling it (and toxic masculinity).
