I just changed my cat’s litter box since I have nothing better to do at 1:30 am while I attempt to air out my apartment. Not like my alarm is set to go off in six hours. Not like I’m a 10 hr sleeper. Ugh.

Cid Highwind

Ah Cid Highwind, the man who gave us a great tea saying to live by.
I really wanted to get this one done sooner just to use that image, but it took a bit of thinking about Cid's personality. A bit of bite but really a warm person on the inside. Base didn't matter all that much, it was all about the taste. Something bold and spicy that finishes sweet and warm.
Teavana's Maharaja Chai Oolong is best served hot. It starts out with a kick of cinnamon and clove but with a sweet anise-like aftertaste. The sweetness can be accentuated with sugar but straight up is the full chai experience.
