Somehow I feel like if Ren (Choi Minki) wasn't from NU'EST, he wouldn't have made it as far into the show as he did. For example, I always see people talking about 'Nation's Leader' Kim Jonghyun, 'Handsome CEO Hwang Minhyun', and 'Sexy Bandit Kang Dongho'. Ren had to literally make up his own gig (the broad shoulder thing) for him to be memorable.
Lmao I hate when Nu'est fans say the excuse that this show is their last chance. Like okay???? For most of the trainees this is their FIRST and LAST chance as well.
I have a love-hate relationship for Nu'est. I want them to succeed and gain as many fans, but at the same time I don't want them filling up all 11 spots
As much as I love NU'EST, I can’t help but get annoyed at how Pd101 has essentially turned into the NU'EST show. It’s not the boys’ fault but my stanning has lessened because of it.
Don't get me wrong but somehow I don't want to see any of Nu'est members in the final group. I wish them all the best but I feel like they're not going to keep all the recognition and support they have gained during the show if some of them are going to promote with the pd101 team (right now it's probably Jonghyun and Minhyun) especially if the promotions are going to last more than a year because that would mean that the other members would still be on hiatus. I just feel like it would...
I think the reason why I'm so annoyed with more than one Nu'est member ranking so high is that once all this is over, they have a group to go back to and chances are with the fame they're getting, Pledis isn't just going to leave them to rot. On the other hand, most trainees aren't even from big companies, not even the ones ranking in the top 11, so this is the only chance for them to get exposure and for some to even get a chance to debut.
I honestly don’t get all the hype around nu'est? Like, I’m sure they’re great and all, but those HOTSHOT members seemed a lot better imo. If nu'est already has such a big fanbase, why haven’t they done better money-wise? It’s just kind of annoying that they’re getting so much screen time compared to everyone else. All they do is talk about their past failed group, while other trainees are also there for that exact same reason but get zero screen time. It wouldn’t bother me as much if all the already debuted trainees got screen time focused on their past, but only nu'est does.
Everybody be talking about how Nu'est is so pitiful and whatnot and asking for them to be supported. When all I see is a little bunch of guys that have given up already and are not even trying (Well everybody but Jonghyun). Doesn't make me feel like I or anyone should pick them over guys that do have and are proving their talents. I've always been a Love I just don't fool myself.
