A small palate cleanser of a couple who is oblivious to what is going on at Willow Creek Memorial Hospital. Hope has taken to writing again. If you'll recall, she's maxed the writing skill early on when she was a journalist fresh out of college. She's writing children's books and the one she is currently writing is called Jayde Saves the Day - a story about a little girl named Jayde who... saves the day. She's never lost her love of writing. Lullaby, the family's therapy cat, keeps close eyes on her and never leaves her side now that she's eating for two.

With Hope in her first trimester and doing nothing more than sleeping, throwing up, eating and writing, Jayce is holding it DOWN! Between work and getting Jack and Jayde off to preschool, home, bathed and fed, he's cleaning, doing laundry, dishes, cooking and everything else needed to keep up their home.
