Regarding the post about Jennie’s old fb, I saw it too and to be honest it really would not have been a big deal if YG didn’t force Jennie to act cute because if you look at the account, it’s quite the normal teenager with parties, underage drinking, and sex jokes but because people have this idea that jennie is this cutesy and innocent kid behind the badass aura, it looked like her whole idol self was a lie and fake when in fact it could have been seen as normal for teens.
I saw Jennie’s old fb account before it got deleted because someone spread it, now her friends on that account are protecting her by telling the fans who dm’ed that it’s not her but there are instances when they literally called her jennierubyjane and some of her friends who didn’t get the memo actually admitted that was her account. Reading her posts really made me think and categorize her personality. Funny how her OT1 fans are turning a blind eye and in denial that’s actually her.
