i hate cooking, there i said it

#personal #i hate it i hate it i only like to cook easy lazy things #bc i am lazy!!#i also only got 2 hours of sleep last night which might be a contributing facotr #*factor #am def more energetic and active when i can sleep #BUT STILL

anyway long term care homes will continue to be breeding grounds during pandemics while

1. staff work extremely long hours and thus can't tell if theyre actually sick because they feel tired and shitty constantly

2. they remain understaffed so people dont call in sick for fear that there won't be a replacement

#and thats the tea on that #more reasons too ofc i didnt include the fact that old ppl be living here because thats an unavoidable risk factot #*factor #feel free to reblog if u also hate the healthcare system

hnnnnnnn i feel bad turning down a friend’s invite to hang bc im worried about covid. it was like. not an unsafe request. she’s gonna go get takeout from an outdoors place and sit outside to eat it. she’s also back in town for the first time in awhile and ik she probs wants company. but she lives in the city itself and i live kinda outside it so ik i’d need to uber or metro in, which both have some exposure risks... and involve money...... i said no but offered to do a skype catchup later tonight/this weekend so hopefully thats ok

#j writes #i do think if i lived like a 10 minute walk from her it'd be different but honestly the distance to get near where she lives is another fact #*factor #not the time but either it's 1) be in an uber where other ppl have been... exposure. or 2) go on the metro where other ppl are currently #i just know she doesn't have a ton of other friends in the area and it was kind of her to reach out

Ok but like it’s been several episodes into this season and I still don’t know what happened to Beth Ann and Rob’s daughter and I’m hoping this week they’ll actually give us more backstory
