I miss the old Hello Venus. The change of style was too drastic for me but the show must go on I guess.
If your song is gonna be about sex even hidden under “innocent” lyrics, then you might as well do a sexy concept instead of trying to act all cute and innocent and appealing to 50 year old men. I’m looking at you, Red Velvet and Hello Venus.
I hate how we talk about double standards in expressing sexuality, but never talk about other ones. In Hello Venus’s Do You Want Some Tea? they technically drugged the guy, but that was just a cute video. Girls are favored at times just like guys.
The “new” HELLOVENUS is disappointing.
The new Hello Venus just doesn't appeal to me at all. I hold little hope for their new comeback.
