I believe the whole malewife thing is a coping mechanism for Minato.
We don't know much about him but we do know he was a genius and graduated young, probably went through rigorous training and killed from a very young age forward.
I think maybe he yearned for that domesticity and indulged in it in his free time to at least have a tiny little remaining fraction of normality, a life he would have held under different circumstances.
If the world hadn't been cruel.
I think he is strong because he has to be, not because he wants to be.
Also congrats on that follower milestone u deserve it💕
I love this 😔❤️
one year my bf brought me a rose on Valentine’s Day to my job and he only got one because the other 11 in the bouquet were in the car because he knew id be more flustered and embarrassed if I had a bouquet as opposed to just the one rose. I was still bright red but happy.... and then the manager made some snark remark about him probably stealing the rose from a bouquet 🙄
idk i guess maybe the pointy headed man was obscenely wealthy bc like. that would be the only possible reason I would accept for why a woman would fight to be with a pointy headed cheater.
There's a foppish character in Sheridan's School for Scandal called Mr Backbite (I know) and he's excessively ridiculous, both in appearance and what he says, but there's one scene where he's showing off his poetry "skills" to the company by recounting how, the previous week, he had come across one of his friends, a Lady Betty Carricle in a "mini-ature" chariot pulled by ponies through Hyde Park, and said Lady Betty asked him to write a poem about the ponies and the poem he came up with is "Sure, never were seen two such sweet little ponies. Other horses are clowns, these macaronis. And to give them this title I'm sure is not wrong: for their legs are so slim and their tails are so long." Everyone asks him for a copy because they're all suck-ups, and that's like.....Georgian era humour in a nutshell right there.
