Guess who’s freaking about about having to present his book report in front of the class tomorrow~

#Spoiler warning: it's me #Why did I choose shakespeare #If I mess up then my english teacher will think I'm a pretentious idiot #And it's a play with three different plots too....#And I still don't fully have the intonation on the part that I'll read out loud completely down #Oh god and my classmates will probably think that I'll want to show off too....#They probably won't care but explaining this is gonna be so difficult #Stage fright my beloathed #The worst thing is that some small part of me really does want to show off so now I'm even more scared to mess up #I could never look at myself ever again #and I like looking at myself #I should've just went with Romeo and Juliette everyone knows what Romeo and Juliette is about there's nothing complex to explain there #*Juliet #but instead I chose The Tempest god fuck I am so stupid #And not even because it's my fave but because it's shakespeares third shortest play and a comedy of errors seemed too confusing to explain #I literally had to shorten down every aspect that wasn't plot essential to keep my presentation from turning into one of those pin walls #where everything is connected with everything #I already have the feeling my teacher doesn't like me and she's gonna be even more annoyed by me if I do anything wrong in this dumb thing #But it's not like I'm bad at english #I'm probably in the top three of most eloquent people there #In my class I mean #I speak it fluently and am able to understand shakespeare plays without much issiues #I kid you not I don't even know how I learned it this good I just know that I know how this god damned language works #Can I just channel my inner orator or something like that #I usually have literally no shame why am I even panicking #Alright Sebastian you're going to be alright you'll just have to remember that everybody will forget it after three days #You're love for theatre is stronger than your fear of being vulnerable #or your fear of being criticised #I'm going to be just fine #In fact I will do decently
