Whenever I put down a restaurant in a brand-new save, it's always guaranteed Caleb will be working there. Either he's a cook or a waiter. And like it's funny because he's just zooming around the place but then if I think about it again it's a little sad because he probably would love to eat all the food he serves to other people. But then again he never picks up dishes, when he does he leaves it on the floor 99% of the time. Also he never brings the desserts I ordered, so...

Sorry I know you didn't ask for your vampirism. But I'm pretty sure I asked for dessert that costed me my hard earned simoleons!

“Babe?” he heard Caleb gently ask from the doorway. “Are you hungry?”

Erwin couldn’t even form words—he just let out a tired groan.

There was a pause and soon, Erwin felt the mattress shift. Elegant fingers combed through his hair. He lifted his head just enough to see Caleb sitting next to him, concern dancing in his pretty eyes.

“Hey,” the vampire’s voice was gentle, as he brushed a lock of hair out Erwin’s eyes. “You okay?”

Erwin let out a deep sigh, as if he was emptying his lungs. He had slept terribly the night before. Caleb had held him close and kissed his forehead, but he hadn’t been able to banish the nightmares that Erwin had been subjected to.

He shook his head. “No.”
