A quick color of this sketch of the “Unlikely Trio”. Ah these three. Need to write some prequel interactions between them and how each one met each other. Though nothing will truly explain why Leo and Manson dislike each other so much. Trish can barely keep them from getting at each others throats some days.

The trio. People question how Leo and Manson tolerate each others presence. But if Trish is around, or Corvo, they play nice. They got off on the wrong foot and have been too stubborn to set things straight.

Also Manson has some kohl on/around his eyes. They aren’t baggy. Though he does do a lot of work and stay up very late in the various engineer workshops when he’s not out on duty.

Think this is as far as I’ll go with the sketch but real pleased with it. Minus Trish’s hand. Need to practice drawing hands again.  Also eventually scan, but I wanted to show these three nuts(well not so much Trish) now. :D .

Things that constantly surprise the crew, Leo really likes farm work and gardening. Helps Memento out in the garden area and taking care of the rest of the plants on the ship. And occasionally volunteers to stay a few weeks to a couple months to help havens get their gardens set up. He’s got a good green thumb.

Some fun character facts, that’ll eventually show up in the fic.

Leo has semi-permanent scar-like lines on is face. It’s due to how much he wore(and still wears) his masks. Always wore one when venturing out of his haven while in the wilds and its stuck with him being with XCOM now. Especially makes sure to wear one when venturing into ADVENT territory or ghost towns and cities. As he says “Don’t trust what them bloody tinheads and them Elder blighters be doing in and out of them pretty ‘ittle cities. I’ve seen shit in the wilds and those damn ghost towns and don’t want to turn into one of ‘em.”

Also Leo helps teach people how to free-run in his spare time. Or when Corvo forces him too(usually punishment for some of his antics.) He did a lot of free-running before the Old War. Actually still does it and why he’s so nimble.

Manson double times as engineer staff. He was an engineer student during the Old War, got dragged into working for ADVENT, until he found his opportunity to escape. Why in the flavor text on the character list page, Lily has to chase him out of her workshop quite a bit.

And he makes his own kohl in his spare time with another person since they share similar roots. Has to keep some spare on hand since Leo actually likes the stuff and sometimes snatches some. He hates when it happens but does appreciate that Leo actually knows what it is and compliments his work.

And no matter what Trish does, she can not make the two sit down and hash out their issues. She’s figured out it has nothing to do with Manson being an ex-city person, but can’t get what made the two so hostile to each other after their first meeting. At least somehow she acts as the best buffer out of everyone when the two are around each other.

There is a swear jar specifically for Leo. It’s actually gotten him to swear less. But he’s still got a mouth on him.
