I'm thinking Evander was part of SBC but quit after he found a dawn stone and became a gallade. Maybe he's now working with Emma at her detective agency.

For Takeo, he was an OC I've had since 2018 and decided to reuse when I caught an alpha houndoom! The lore that's staying is that he used to work for Team Rocket and is a pretty big scumbag <3
