—everything is embarrassing
@hpjestella ,
➝ “sehun-ah... i need you to come pick me up. don’t worry but i had a small accident at work and i need you to take me home.”
as soon as he got the call from his mom, he closed down the store and rushed over. at any other job he probably would’ve been fired by now, but thank god his boss was friends with his mom, so of course, he had a perfectly valid excuse to close the store. and as luck would have it, when he arrived at the building, he managed to slip through the secured door downstairs as someone was leaving.
sehun rang the doorbell outside the apartment door, bouncing up and down on his toes with worry and impatience. “open up, open up,” he mumbled. a million different possibilities ran through his head in those few moments before the door opened. was it actually a small accident or would he have to take her to the hospital? but if it was just a small accident, why else would she ask him to pick her up? was she downplaying it so they wouldn’t have to pay any hospital bills? sehun ran his hands down his face at the realization. conclusion: big accident.
when the door finally opened, after what felt like an eternity, sehun’s mouth opened slightly and his expression froze in slight surprise. “hel-hello,” he stuttered in english. well, that was something. with his english vocabulary pretty much depleted, he switched back to korean, but he spoke slowly and deliberately. “is my mom here?”
