     For once, Arella believed she was on the right track. Her mind was calm as she traveled, her soulself flying through dimensions to Earth. And for once, she made it: her portal opened, and below her sprawled Jump City. 

     What she didn’t expect was someone on the other side. Her portal shut, and the massive, ethereal dove dived under the stranger, just barely avoiding a crash. Skidding to a stop on a nearby rooftop, Arella changed forms to her own self, looking upward at whoever she’d nearly ran into.

Riceball pokes her back, seemingly amused! Perhaps he thought it was some kind of human gesture! Though the fact that food was now being provided was good! Happy Ricebally. He of course, tries to share with her! He wants her to have some too! Is only right. Poros, being herd creatures, know lots about sharing. Riceball is also sorry for making problems! Is not what he wanted! Riceball just wants to help and be good poro and make friends.

     She gave the ball a gentle pat on the head. “It’s alright. I doubt something as cute as you would want to hurt people.” Arella slid the bun closer to it.

     “You can have it. It’s been on the floor a little too long for me to want it.”

Woolbur mumble chitters a reply! Poros are naturally kind. Are equal parts innocence, valor, and kindness. A poro's heart holds a key. Is important. Poros keep big bad things from entering world. Is good.

     A flood of surprisingly complex emotions flew into her mind. Not that she thought the fluffs weren’t intelligent, but most felt... simpler. Different in personality but not radiating much else besides endless affection, so much so that it blocked anything else from going through. This one, however, was much calmer. Still affectionate, but a certain air of wisdom could be felt around it. 

     The “information” delivered to her was simple in nature, but enough to be useful. They were guardians, beings of pure good. A small laugh left her.

     “If you protect your world, I’m assuming, are you protecting Azarath as well?”

Woolbur is a poro wizard! Is sage poro. Very wise. Is also shaggy and snuggly and warm like most poros. The plants grow well around him, and he helps the poros. Is good with his life magic. Very good. For a poro anyway. Though poros were known for their surprises. Who knew what this poro was capable of? He mumble chitters at her in response to her thanks, snuggling more.

     Arella sat down abruptly with a huff, her legs no longer wanting to support her standing so still. But she smiled, looping an arm around the poro’s horns and petting it.

     “How are all of you creatures so gentle?”

Is Woolbur! Is shaggy old wizard poro. Is either blind, or his eyebrows are too shaggy! Is still snuggly. Sleeps and mumbles a lot! Is wise though. Is wizard! Learned from giant poros. Makes the plants grow! Is curious about this nice human who also has magic.

     If the fluffs could age, they certainly didn’t show it until now. An old, extremely fluffy poro had also made its way to Azarath, right in her garden. Which she didn’t mind, of course. But unlike the others she’d met, this one was clearly magical, and it showed in the way the flowers slowly started to bloom. Curious, she moved closer, petting its head gently.

Poros not invading! Are visiting. Are very snuggly and radiate love! Is good. Will keep bad things away, because poros were meant for that!

Riceball not know how to read! So is clearly confused. Azarath and Azar sound sorta similar to poro. But is okay. The poro also radiates love and positive feelings! Is a walking snuggle elemental. Or possibly a neutral good avatar. Is good. Riceball wiggles a paw at her and chitters happily! He followed her! He saw her walk and then disappear so clearly there was a door and thus clearly Riceball could follow! Is logical.

     Arella laughed softly and waved back. “Hello. You don’t need to worry. No one here will harm you.”
