Puppy aka my pokesona/oc lore! ended up giving him a complete story type deal cause why not
Puppy's body is a well marked harlequin shiny Lopunny that came from a very prestigious breeding ranch in Sinnoh. He's got very symmetrical split markings and was originally bred to be a top tier contest Lopunny but was bought as a family pokemon.
Puppy's mind was originally a human male trainer, he ended up using a prototype synchro machine a family acquaintance was working on that ended up malfunctioning and killed his human body and the mind of his beloved Buneary companion.
He in turn got his mind stuck in the body of his Buneary and has been trapped there since the accident. Unable to communicate and tell other's what had happened he watched his own funeral play out and had a complete mental break upon seeing his urn brought home.
Puppy wears a tiny soothe bell he had gifted his Buneary when he took her on their first shopping haul together, and with the power of the soothe bell along with his love and guilt for his Buneary he evolved into his current Lopunny form.
He was originally handed down to his younger sibling but ended up breaking his original pokeball and running away. Unable to handle living in his home with his family being unaware he was there and treating him like a mere pokemon.
Despite his best efforts tho he was quickly caught in the woods by a random trainer who upon seeing Puppy's unique coloration instantly threw him into the Pokemon Contest circuit. Puppy found the whole ordeal deeming and refused to comply with his new trainer's demands. Often fighting back violently which ultimately led to his quick retirement from contests.
Being able to handle Puppy his new trainer traded him into a Pokemon breeding ranch/sanctuary where Puppy was meant to be used as a new breeder. But he continues to prove resilient and violent toward others. The only move he's ever learned, as moves don't come naturally to him being a human in a Pokemon body, is the move Frustration.
Currently Puppy only tolerates two other pokemon in the sanctuary. A tiny shiny Meowscarada named Spinach who from his first day upon arriving has always treated him kindly and is very caring toward him. and Mizzing_No a suitor lopunny who quickly learned she can break down Puppy and enjoys bullying him immensely. While they aren't exactly friends they do have their moments tho usually it ends up in a brawl.
