She rolls her eyes before turning back to where she came, but he still manages to catch the tail-end of a smile on her face and it’s enough for him to follow her into the bathroom, snaking his arms around her waist as she stands at the sink, eyes on the blue toothbrush as she twirls it back and forth between her fingers. “Blue’s my favorite color.” “I know.” She smiles as he leans down to kiss her on the cheek, and he knows that she knows too.

who’s the first to wake up in the morning: probably merida. she likes to get up early & have a chance to go out & do a few things on her own before dragging simba’s ass out of bed around noon.

who’s the one to make breakfast: lol

who’s the one to serve the other breakfast in bed: probably something simba would try when he was in trouble tbh

who would suggest a quickie in the morning before work: simba. but it only works like 45% of the time.

who suggests they both ditch work and lay around all day: both of them, especially if whatever they have to go to that day involves dress shoes and/or corsets.

who chooses the movies: merida. simba gets bored and stops paying attention halfway through anything so there’s no point in him picking.

who initiates kissing during the movie, thus distracting the other from the movie altogether: !!!!! simba!!!!!

who orders lunch: whoever’s closest to the phone if they’re doing takeout.

who steals food from the other’s plate without asking: merida. simba likes to pretend to be mad about it.

who curls up next to the other and falls asleep due to a full tummy: probably both of them. i feel like neither of them know when to stop eating.

who distracts the other from trying to work at home: simba. why work when you can sneak into the next-door neighbor’s pool?????
