<3 totally agree and yes there are spirits who are attracted to and feed off fear. experiencing them bombard you with psychic attacks while being aware of it all is extremely weird. this particular spirit does not want to be noticed actually and doesn’t feed off fear. it feeds off things like giving up, giving in, laziness, apathy, stagnation, hopelessness, etc. im glad ur free of these swagless entities they are so hard to deal with
