paranormal investigations are an interest for vernon, going out of his way to read urban folklores and ancient mythologies of spine-chilling tales. he even loves binge watching top 10 videos of scary stuff on youtube. but it’s a different experience when he has to go inside a haunted house. the setting takes place in an abandoned house, broken down and several pieces rotting and the earth absorbing the elements.
surprisingly, the house looks older than any of the recent ones he’s seen in seoul. this must be a couple hundred years back to date. as much as of a junkie he is, he’s surely not the one to come alone knowing that there are energies that don’t mesh with his! so he’s on an adventure with eunbi. it’s not every day that you find someone who has the same interest and is willing to go out of their way to spend their time at a haunted house, so he’s glad. “so.. we should go in there before it hits sunset and then go. i wouldn’t stay longer than we need to.”
