Narcolepsy anon here! for the cataplexy emoji you could do a person frowning and holding their limp arm or a person with their head bowed & they're asleep? that's what my cataplexy episodes are usually like ^^; if this didn't really help then you can just do the struggling to stay awake emoji if youre still up for accepting my request

we can try...is there any more specifics we can get? were hesitant to do disorders we dont have in fear well make it weird, but if theres no specifics other then like, falling asleep/struggling to stay awake then maybe? idk what to do with the second one cus idk what thats like or how that works..if theres any way i could get some clarification that would be nice!
