The number one rule that Arlecchino says everyone in the house should follow is

But she breaks that rule for Columbina & Sandrone.

She is clearly angry about what happened to Columbina and would go against the Tsaritsa's orders to avenge her & find a way to bring her back. Even going to fight Dottore even though they clearly did not have a plan.

Then she is clearly incredibly sad about Sandrone's passing, even though she wants to appear composed but it is clear in her words and expression how broken she feels + she also states how she wants to keep Sandrone's things as mementos.
