how do I write a personal essay about any major thing in our life without mentioning being plural

because I can't just be like "oh i always knew i was nonbinary/was uncomfortable being a girl" no it's actually "I was uncomfortable being a girl for a few years and then there's a few years I know we weren't because Ever fronted most of the time but now I'm here and Very Nonbinary actually" like wtf

I'm kinda perpetually front stuck (I think I can count like 5 times someone else was fully fronting w/o me) and sometimes I really start to be like... maybe we're not plural. And then someone decides to make their presence known and I'm like oh okay nevermind
