I’m not really sure how to feel right now. I keep not-quite fronting and I know the host is aware of it. It sounds ridiculous but I wish I could just give them a hug right now, it’s been so long and we’ve both been through the wringer. I just wish someone could stroke my hair, or something along those lines. I don’t know what to do, this is awful. I’m not used to writing down my feelings anywhere either, even if I know nobody can see them, I have to be the strong one here - I have to deal with these things myself.
