The concept of people hating Izuku for losing his quirk (he WILLINGLY gave it away btw) as if that is what makes him a hero. Even as a child Izuku has displayed acts of heroism despite being so little and quirkless. Because the quirk isn’t what makes him a hero, It was simply a tool that allowed him to act on what had already taken root inside his heart. His actions and words reach the inner corner of people’s hearts and mind and allow him save help them. So the quirk isn’t what makes Izuku a hero, but rather allows him to save even more people.
