I find it very interesting that abbot, who was the one who took Howard to Presby was silent and relied on Garcia to break the news that the surgery only had a 50% success rate despite Howard looking at him for the answer. And the way he only spoke up during that scene to tell Howard that he’d make sure he could speak to his sister before the surgery
