i think the reason for my stress and anxiety stems from fear of failure because i have three final exams today and if i fail one i might get a D in that subject who knows and if i do ill be kicked out of my course and everyone will disown me and if i get a C or C+ its just gonna bring my grade so down and i cant be a deans lister anymore and all my blockmates will still be and i will feel like the biggest failure and i dont even want to contemplate getting an F and maybe i should tone down the anxiety because i feel like someone is stepping and putting all their weight onto my sternum but oh whatever i will just study like this

ever since finals week started ive just had palpitations and trouble breathing and chest pain and light headedness and im so tired and weak and easily startled and so so out of breath even if i dont move and its not going away but itll probably go away after tomorrow i just gotta endure a little longer

my chest hurts and my head hurts and i feel so stressed and im drowning in shame and my body feels so tired and i just want to sleep and i have so much to do and ive messed everything up and i cant breathe properly and i cant even cry properly and my head is spinning and i feel like the weakest person ever who cant handle something that shouldnt be this hard to deal with but i don't think theres much i can do about all that aside from just feeling it and letting it be so ❤️
