People need to learn the difference between "he deserved to get shot" and "I'm not surprised he got shot".

There's a difference between "I'm glad he's dead" and "I don't feel sorry for him".

There's a difference between "a good man died" and "a life was lost".

He was human. But that doesn't excuse the things he said, the things he did, and the things he let fester.

I'm not surprised he got shot. The only thing I feel bad for are his children, who have been stripped of a father.

The world did not lose a good man. A life was lost, a human life, by gun violence. Violence that could've been prevented.

Did he deserve to get shot? Maybe not.

Am I at all surprised that he did? Absolutely not.

That doesn't mean I think he deserved to die.

Learn the fucking difference, people.
