When audio posts break like that, it usually means the audio has been copyrighted after it was originally posted. Because of this, we can’t fix such posts or reupload them.

In this case, it seems the song is an album-exclusive track from Kikuomiku2. It was uploaded two years ago, and back then the old mod(s) probably didn’t have a policy against uploading album-exclusive songs. However, now we do have such a policy, so even if it was possible to fix the post (it isn’t) we wouldn’t.
