some sort of depressed goober is hanging around front.......
I really enjoy praesigenic as a term. "What's your origin?" nunya
"Do you have a/who's the core?" Glad you asked, we have 5 headmates who wholeheartedly believe that they're the core and the others split off of them, and if we try to look far enough into the past to investigate that we get lost in the Fog.
so lonely in front... sigh.
oh, and before we forget, we've been using pluralspace a lot and have been really enjoying it. here, let me copy and paste our review from the system project server
tldr: it's feature rich (member tracking, front tracking, notes, a system map, a chat, polls) AND you can share with others (we haven't tried it, but you can invite other users and give them permissions on what they can view and do)
fuck it, we'll try front tracking. i don't know how long we'll keep this up for though

*answers ask* :>
🌴 - Is there anything that you do to spend time together?
Well... we're always spending time together, so I can't say we ever sit down and go "time to spend time with the system." But we do have some bonding activities. We really like watching our comfort YouTubers. A popular comfort food thing to watch among the system is Slimecicle's Dying Light 2 playlist. Morgan (me right now, I think) always plays it whenever there's an argument.
🌺 - Is there a "common" plural experience that you don't experience?
One that's memed about that we haven't experienced at all is introjection. We've never introjected anyone. Well, I guess Yumiko might count, but she's more of a semi-fictive fragment. But we've never had the experience of liking a piece of media and having our brain go "yeah I'll add that to the cast," even though we've been very autistic about many pieces of media.
Another one that's thought of as "universal" is the experience of fronting, switching, or being "main front." Unless the conditions are right and we're paying attention, we have no idea who's fronting, and we don't really care to find out. In day-to-day life we externally function pretty much the same as a singlet. It's only on this blog and in intrasystem interactions that we go "Jasper said this, Alex said that." A lot of the time, "we" are "I."
And yes, this does not help when we think we're faking. But then someone says "I knew it! We're faking!" and someone else says "...we're faking?"
