Is it typical for someone with ADHD to have little to no willpower or self-control? I've ALWAYS struggled with this, but I'm only now realizing all the ways in which this effects my life... and it's a lot. I can't seem to find any good ways to improve this either, do you know of any? Thanks :)

Yes, this is part of ADHD for a lot of people; self-control is an executive function, and it’s especially a problem if you have strong impulsive tendencies.

I don’t have any great ways to develop this, unfortunately. I have mostly had to make myself rules about my most challenging areas.
