You know, I just had a thought. We're all assuming that Emmet doesn't know what happened to Ingo, that one day he just disappeared, but what if he saw Ingo disappear? Saw the wormhole open under him, saw him fall, reached out, cried out, but couldn't get there in time. That'd be pretty screwed up huh?

Imagine this, we all have been picturing Emmet falling apart from his bro disappearing, but if he saw it happen, if he tried to grab Ingo & pull him back from falling into the space time hole that tore open in front of them. What if no matter what Emmet tried to do, he could only help so far, because the warp hole didn't want him. Even if he tried to jump in after Ingo, he was held back by an invisible force field & forced to watch it all happen, with no way of intercepting this or saving his bro.... No matter what, he couldn't stop this fate from inflicting itself upon his twin.
