i think a lot of the problems on this site come from ppl learning social justice stuff while somehow failing to cultivate any level of real empathy or forgiveness. and also adults who still have a need for drama that most people grew out of as teenagers

And he is clearly a present father given his son admiration for him. Even if it's not the usual among Elbaf youth anymore, since Gaban is a strong warrior, Colon wants to be a strong warrior, too. Since Gaban is brave, Colon wants to be brave, too

But, before anything, Gaban is a father. And there are things way more precious to him than Elbaf.

Understand why he yielded.

This is why he didn't want Colon to call him. He knew he would have to choose, and he had already made up his mind. I don't, nor I can, blame Colon. He is just a child.

When we properly met Gaban in Elbaf, he was introduced as "A preacher or love", and I'd say that accurate. He loves his son more than Elbaf, and I bet he loves his wife greatly too.

Right, this is probably good for anyone else who might be wondering.

The gist is this: You say what ship you want. (From a duo like Mean Gills to a group like GIGGS) You give a number, 1-10. I suggest doing a number that you know hasn't been picked, but it's obviously up to you, and overlap can happen while I'm lagging behind on writing (sorry for that, by the way)

You then specify if you want it to be Romantic (flirting, crushes, we know romantic) Platonic (Besties for life!) OR Familial (Siblings, families, that kind of thing.)

Finally, the last part isn't required but I beg you to do it for my sanity. PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT POV YOU WOULD LIKE IT FROM. Especially when it comes to groups.

Bonus: If there is anything else (If you want Watchers, if you want it to be based in a certain SMP, if you want a certain genre, ec.) You can add that as well!

I'll also throw in an update here. On top of the AU, and a special fic that might be posted, but that's up in the air right now, I currently have 3 separate asks for fics. I am currently chipping away at Yume's asks, and I have a small inkling for the other two. I am powering through, but maybe hold off on asking for more stories until one of those is posted!
