I used to actually make an effort when it comes to online dating but it ended up being too much work for only four dates over two months (none of which were great.... or even good) so I ended up deleting all of my profiles

recently I downloaded tinder and bumble again, uploaded two pics and wrote “swipe right for raccoon facts” in my description figuring it couldn’t get much worse than my last attempt and it went about as well as I expected (got some matches but very few replies and most of the messages I got were “hi” which I don’t bother with because that just means I’m supposed to be the one to put effort into getting the conversation going which is why I quit these apps in the first place)

except this one girl who thought that was funny, and tbh that’s exactly the kind of person I’d want to attract so my lazy approach ended up being kind of a genius decision. anyway, we’re going on a date on thursday and I’ve got a good feeling about this for once
